This is not a gimmick or a false promise, it is a demonstration of our commitment to our customers.
If we are unable to offer a solution to your computer problem not only will our fee be waived but we will pay you $500. In some cases the solution might be to replace hardware or software, if we offer a solution and you elect not to proceed you acknowledge that we have fulfilled our promise to you under this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to data recovery.
Not only do we offer what we think is the best guarantee in the I.T. industry we also offer two more guarantees, not because we have to, but because we want to.

Repairs will be conducted immediately free-of-charge if any faults or defects are detected in our work within 30 days of the work being performed.
In the rare event we are unable to find a solution to your computer problem NOT ONLY will our fee be waived but we will pay you $500.
30 day configuration warranty
If any hardware sold, configured and installed by Australia Wide I.T. should fail with 30 days we will reconfigure the equipment free-of-charge.
The following conditions apply for eligibility:
- The goods must have been originally supplied and installed by AWIT
- The fault must be reported to AWIT within 30 days of installation.
- The goods must fall within the normal manufacturers warranty period.
- In the case of computer systems including desktops, laptops and servers the customer must have a full, valid backup for the affected system otherwise AWIT will restore the system to original factory defaults only.
